Update 1: Arms Shipment

-Added a bunch of gun models under the "Guns" category in the spawn menu.
Includes: Unmounted DShK, AK-47 with a rusted and suppressed variant, AKM Polymer, M1911 with a suppressed variant, PKM with a rusted variant, SVD, MAT-49, MAC-10, Uzi, FN-FAL, M60 Belt fed, Makarov, MP40, PPSH, Thompson, and TT33.
-Moved M16A2 to the "Guns" category in the spawn menu.
-Added burned Saloon and Muscle cars to the "Cars" category in the spawn menu.
-Added an Ammo crate to the "Props" category in the spawn menu.
-Fixed a bug where oil derricks could breach the ground rock layer
