Added some debugging stuff to all turrets

Backwards compatability is maintained.

Changes:
Added multBiasStat.lua

--New library allows for applying a multiplier to a preexisting value that is scaled by some value.
What is important is that this library uses tables as configuration - easier to interpret and edit.

TODO: Create an absoluteBiasStat library for replacing and simplifying the usage of scalarFunctions in future turrets.
