Map Theme link issue fix

There was a water contamination issue with the water towers clipped into the dam. I disconnected those from the piping network and added a new pumping station in the dam water reservoir. Two water spawn points were added at the waste water plants to keep the water level lower and to limit pollution of the river. Thank you to everyone who pointed this issue out.
