Reworked the world generation that was from the original mod author, in the process also made it harder to brick the start of the game if not played exactly right.

Changed the method of dropping exactly 3 turf onto shallow water to a tool you use instead. This allows for bots to be able to make you land as-well. I want the tool to behave like how turf does but im having some trouble deleting the tool after use without breaking the game, so for now it will do the broken tool animation every time but it is functional.
