- Updated version number.
- Phased plasma now grants bonus damage against armour, as described.
- FTL navigation upgrades have been buffed slightly.
- ECM upgrades now grant slightly less flat evasion, but also give an evasion multiplier - should make them more useful for smaller ships that already have high evasion.
