Reverted to pre-PzF3 update. Atlas implemented their own.

Added:
- The PCML is replaced with the PzF 3 as the Bundeswehr's primary LAT weapon:
> Rifleman (AT) and Scout (AT) now use the PzF 3 and carry appropriate ammo;
> Ammo Bearer now carries ammo for the PzF 3;
> German Supply Crate now carries 1x PzF 3 and appropriate ammo;
> German Strider, Strider (HMG), Strider (GMG) and AFV Gorgon now carry appropriate ammo for the PzF 3.

Added:
- mod.cpp; menu logo; mod icon

Hotfix for wrong inheritances.
