Version 6c

-Removed all *human* recruitment data from the mod, as this was found to no longer be necessary. At some point I must have changed these values, then ended up changing them back to their original values, so they are redundant, and increased the mod's "footprint" (the size which it may potentially conflict with other mods) unnecessarily. In other words, this change should further streamline the mod and helps make it more compatible with other mods.
