No changes but I did vetting and review to make sure ids didn't overlap with vanilla game and two major mods. It looks fine. Requested in comments and in the description that anyone having problems please post their entire mod load order as I have to assume that is the source of any issues.

- tweaks to empire, dwarf, wood elf names
-dwarf names had some ancient civilization names that overlapped with modern indian names. these have been
tweaked
-empire names had some sillyness in german that have been adjusted
-wood elf names had some commas for titles, but they end up with an extra space character in the
forename/familyname concat the game does so it looked wierd. commas removed, should look better
