-Added Tactical Glasses designed to fit with the CH252 Helmet as both facewear and NVG Slot items. These do not have HUD functionality so don't even ask
-Added an additional helmet decal with the UNSC logo and Vest variants for that have the logos of both the 7th and Special Warfare Group 7, as well as tweaking the texture template for the armour in general.
