-Redid the bridge, engine room and engineering.

-added a battery, and a crate shelf

-fixed an issue with the flak cannon not properly being displayed on the status monitor or able to be used by AI

-added water detection lights to the map
also im gonna be adding fire detection lights to the map aswell

-fixed some tags and containable restrictions

- and finally changed the description to match the changes!

-fixed some wiring issues

-hopefully fixed the waypoint issues in regards to the engine room, the front "railgun" room and finally the bridge, where the bots werent able to fix hull breaches
