Minor code and performance optimisation
Light is not flickering on a hand anymore (Only when you noclip)

Changed fov, now flashlight is not that far. (But it still depends on weapon FOV, remember that!)
Fixed a problem when flashlight was dissapearing when player was holding something (Only for shoulder flashlight, still dunno how to do that when you actually hold it)
Changed most of the animation to match current FOV
Added a feature that if you hold flashlight in a hand and press reload button, it will put flashlight away, so you can reload.

Server and Client settings

Added ability to attach/detach flashlight to your shoulder
