Version Update 1.05: Dragon Thunder

- MAJOR: Added People's Liberation Army (PLA) as an OPFOR faction, available in Conquest and Skirmish/Multiplayer. Credits to "Call to War" for setting up the baseline of it.
- Bear in mind that the PLA faction is still experimental and work-in-progress. Far from being polished and finished. I still have yet to finish it properly.
- Do NOT play as PLA in Conquest if you don't want to crash often. But playing as PLA in Skirmish/Multiplayer is fine.
- Happy late Chinese New Year/新年快乐
- Feedbacks and playtesting on the PLA faction would be appreciated

- Added custom slots for sub-modders and addons to place their coding on to avoid too much file difference and easier compatibility inside WF_set,pak
- Updated "how to apply" text descriptions for official WF addons to describe what the addons do
