Minor tweaks:
shock fields disappear quicker (120 time --> 75) and can be removed by wind, ice, and ruin
myconids debuffed a bit
general journal typos and tweaks

Cleaned up some of the "random decorative item" spawn lists by using cloneFroms to make text files shorter and easier to read.

Added `special=randomFlipWhenPlaced;` to most items I've created so they should flip on spawn randomly for variety.

Fixed crash on elec_slime attack due to wrong icon name
Tuned some AI bias for certain monster attacks
- slimes require a target for their status-inflicting abilities
- Elec monsters immune to Shocked
- Elec-wolf's ability allow them to dash forward to encourage attacks with their buff

Fixed incorrect reaction ID causing a crash for the slime enemies that come equipped with the monster version of Counter Break (action=counterBreak_Mons_act;).

Fixed error in action name for the Herbalist class.
Cleaned up [SpawnData] now that Herbalist and Frostkissed have been moved to their separate mods.

- Cleaned up some SpawnData.
- Removed my Herbalists (from Elemental Disciples - Life mod) from spawn pool in the groves.
- Removed my FrostKissed (from Elemental Disciples - Ice mod) from spawn pool in the groves -- and added them as a possible addon.

Updated two more spawns.
Lesson learned:
`extraSpawnDataIDs= ` MUST take a SpawnData and not an individual enemy.

Updated spawn list for early grove encounter to fix crash:
- for future refence, there were two spawns that mistakenly tried to spawn with a "rapier_bone" -- which does not exist in the game.
