Removed stats from Herbling's Pouch item due to buggy behavior, where stats were volatile and impacted negatively.

The bonus +0.3 Health and +4 Retirement Age is now granted as a history aspect "Way of the Herbling" after the event, or when equipping the herbling's pouch as a legacy skill.

Fixed undesired behavior where granting extra action points after a hero has ended turn results in their actions failing (Violire Blossoms, Touch of Sap (healer/coward modification)). The end turn aspect is now removed allowing the hero to take an extra action (this will affect ambush, which moves with the hero if the hero moves).

Added skeletal theme as a forbidden aspect for second role in Delicacies, and forbidding skeletal heroes from forming romance/rivalry in the event.
