Changed:

- Flash Powder and Magnesium can be batch processed in the Chemical Refinery
- Infiltrator Helmet now can be purchased
- Coalition AR mags can be now be purchased without Separatist reputation
- Nerfed Liquidator Suit (can now no longer use hull oxygen, it was essentially a pocket PUCS with even better stats)
- Nerfed Prototype Backpack (slight capacity reduction, storing heavy weapons will also weigh down the pack, the weapon still doesn't show on the backpack :boowomp:)
- Nerf to Particle Cannon Fulgurium Cells (now produces radiation on firing)
- Changed most deconstruction blocks to use amount instead of having 1 of each item identified

Made Preso and Ignis Latex significantly more dangerous to handle outside of a Chemical Fabricator or Containment Toolbox.

Removed ability for the tactical backpack to store large weapons inside and stripped shotguns of ability to mount a flashlight (for some strange reason flashlight attachment conflicts with weapons that can carry multiple items and have condition based interactions, sorry :/ )
