Revamped Heavy Battle Rifle and Covert Assault Rifle (New magazine sprites and they now are displayed on the gun itself).

Added Dozer Helmet, Spec Ops Helmet, Lucky Punk and Pocket 8-Shooter. Fixed turret schematic icons.

Removed DMR, Avtomat, Snayperskya, Machinepistole, Harpoon Autolauncher, various harpoons, Iraqi trail, Fortunate Son, 100 round 6.5x39 caseless magazine, Dragon's Breath shells (none of these are particularly useful and it's likely these have never been used by anyone ever.)

Fixed Grenade Turret loader not functioning alongside the turret itself, added Advanced Coilgun (I'm creative I know).

de-janked the Saiga-12's magazines

smoll ass hotfix to me being tired and not making the AK drum mag actually contain 75 rounds

Added a few misc things (i don't remember what exactly), added Grenade Turret and ammunition in most renegade weapons now indicates the magazine contained.

Probably a few other things i'm forgetting about, go find out :/

Added Heavy Coilgun (that no one will likely use, let's be honest), significantly buffed Thermonuclear Railgun shell (for the sake of satisfaction and making it also a major downside to using it), actually made diving suits and masks protect against Brunhes Lineavirus (props to mcbone_kenney for that, epic person moment even if it was just a simple suggestion that works).

Added Personal Defence Weapon, Devil's Blood Railgun Shell and Physicorium Piercing Shell, removed TL-52 (it was pretty useless), significantly buffed Talent Weapons (Autoshotgun and Assault Rifle).

Overhauled added afflictions (added overlays and sounds), added Submariner's Wasting Disease and Brunhes Lineavirus as Bioweapons for the medical doctor and re-implemented the Sturmgewehr. Made the diving mask and some mod exclusive uniforms useful against airbone contagions.

Overhauled Medical item spawns, added several new medical items (Adrenaline, Rejuvination Syringe, Condensed Ethanol, The Concotion, Devil's Blood Syringe, The Medic Bag., Panacea), added new affliction: Devil's Blood Poisoning.
