Head no longer broken due to the increase of canvas size of that spritesheet when Mechdeusa got added.
This also means that there are new sprites for Papyrus Prime without eyes for Mechdeusa.

I also included a version of the pack where, instead of Papyrus, the Old Skeletron Prime sprite is part of Mechdeusa in the files of the pack, for those who want that.
