-Added Random Covenant Weapon option to the override list
-Added Random UNSC Weapon option to the override list

Fixes:
-Most enemy Covenant NPCs will now swing the energy sword correctly.
-NPCs equipped with the active camo energy sword will now decloak if they do not have an enemy.
