Updated for game version 1.5.1.

As a result of the rebalancing made to the Industrious tradition, I decided to lower the development requirements to add a building slot. They are now 40, 60, and 75 respectively.

Updated UI again:

Enlarged capital building slot button now has contents stacked vertically to better take up vertical space. Order adjusted for better aesthetics and readability.

Adjusted prices again:
750 -> 800
1000 -> 700
1250 -> 500

I figured that, by the time you are unlocking your third slot, for example, the buildings you would have left would usually be the least desirable ones. So, having to pay so much money to build a relatively bad building after you had managed to develop your province so highly felt discouraging. So, I adjusted the pricing to make it more competitive. Feel free to leave feedback in the comments. :)

Also added Simplified Chinese localization.

Decreased prices:
1500 -> 750
