1- Compilation error involving Aztec AI fixed.
2- Volcano radius increased ~11 -> 14.
3- Aztec god-techs (for the start of the game) can also be researched at Atlantean Villager (and hero).

#3: Somebody requested that for an "entire world" scen where you start with attie vills)

-Unnecessary files have been removed.
