Update for Urban Expanses.
Even though the mod works fine and nothing needed to be changed, I prefer to be 110% safe.

Once more making fresh files, hoping it will fix the issue with invisible talent points.

Whoops, I messed up. Forgot to add one important line of code. NOW it should be fixed.

Fixed the issue with resources spawning from any container, not just in wrecks. Goodbye infinite fulgurium.
