描述
This mod unlocks the whole Talent sub-tree once you hit the Tier 4 talent, just like All-Seeing Eye does for the Engineer. All classes have their sub-trees unlocked once they hit their respective Tier 4 talents.
At first I thought about making it just for me and my friends, but decided to post it on the Workshop. Enjoy.

If that's what my friend did using a different method. He needs to spend a skill point for each talent. And accordingly, your mod may also be relevant. It may also be relevant for the fashion for the old talent tree.
