-compatability update for use in other chat mods

-sorry, forgot an update func

-made short descriptions a sandboxoption, off by default
-resolved a lot of issues with spaces before people's messages in chat while using short descriptions, inventory UI showing the description, and more.
this optional feature is still considered 'experimental' so please report any bugs that you find

-added an area on bios for you to put your character art (server admins, this isnt filtered in any way so it's up to you to administrate these)
-the first line of your bio now appears under your name if the server has displaying names on hover enabled

-Swapped saving system from fullname to username to allow compatibility with the roleplaychat mod. With this mod, players can change their character's name at will which would make the previous implementation of fullname saving incompatible. Naturally I want my descriptions mod to be compatible with my roleplaychat mod.
