Fixed Rasmen to correctly reduce HP/MP by -5
Fixed error with Falpa granting +10MP

Updated Falpa to also reduce HP/MP by -5. Reasoning: Falpa regen +3MP every turn, so they can survive with a lower MP. Falpa have 50% built in longer lasting buffs (the innate Shelter) -- which means they are "hardier".

Cleaned up and standardized the way I coded each file, for ease of readability.

Changed Wilderi's Emboldened:
-before: killing an enemy gave +Morale (basically the innate Ravager's Revel skill)
-now: killing an enemy gives -8TTA, making your next turn come faster (not stackable, goes away after next turn).
--Before, +morale was just too powerful. It was easy to keep a chain going and have +4 in Atk/Def for the whole battle if you make your Wilderi the killer. Now, the bonus is much shorter lived and less noticeable/abusable.
--The real gimmick of the Wilderi remains the same -- they are more powerful & faster if they are next to the action. The kill shot is just a quick, punctual bonus.

Adjusted some of the resistances of other characters slightly.

Slight tweaks to Diecast:
-- now have +10TTA (instead of +12) for a total TTA of 40
-- now gain -8TTA when hit by magic (stacks 3 times: max -24TTA); the bonus lasts until the end of their next turn

This required me to add in an actorValue for Diecast, which is really a tweaked and inverse option of what exists for my Scurio.

Cleaned up formatting to make it more uniform in the new game selection screen and the journal entries.
Lowered both Pos and Neg elemental resistances to be only 30% -- later game, it becomes difficult against more advanced classes. Now, it should be easier to mitigate weaknesses if you use accessories, triggers, and train in the appropriate skills.

Reduced Stun penalties from +50% down to +25% to avoid stunlocking certain races.
Added stun resistances (lasts -25%) to Buralk and (lasts -50%) to Zyla, Scurio.

Added Frozen resistances (lasts -25%) to Buralk and (lasts -50%) to Scurio, Falpa.

Changed Rasmen's trait so that "miss" on eva is now invisible when it wouldn't apply

Fixed Buralk ignoring smash weakness.
Rewrote script for Scurio -- now functions with status effect and [ActorTypeReaction] instead of a simple action. This means the buff can now be dispelled and the debuff can be cured, plus both will disappear on death.

Within 2 tiles of Aphest, on turn start:
+4 TTA (slower turns) per actor present, up to maximum of +16TTA
- 1 phys/magAtk per enemy present and -1 per ally present starting from 2 allies, up to max -4 phys/magAtk
no change: still minus 2 move if 2 or more actors present
