Re-added the Chinese localisation file as the standalone fan made mod was removed for some reason, be aware not everything is translated and some things are out of date.
Additions
  • Added the Jury-Rigged Shotgun, crafted from a Shotgun, Illegal Gun Parts, and Explosive Powder
    - Fast firing shotgun that loses “stability” each shot, with each shot reducing stability by 10%
    - The lower the stability the large the bullet spread, below 60% stability each shot knocks the player back, the effect is greatly at lower stability
    - Stability quickly fills back to max when not firing (1% per frame, so 1.66 seconds to max)
    - Firing at a timed rate can keep the stability high but lowered your DPS, or you can rapid fire for a short DPS burst before the weapon becomes difficult to use
    - Chlorophyte bullets deal 20% less damage
Changes
  • Shroomite sharpshooter now has a charge indicator in the name
  • Reduced the reuse Delay for Santa’s Explosive Boomstick from 45 to 30 frames
  • Reduced the use speed and detonation time of the Satchel Charge from 40 to 30 frames
  • Derpling Armour shockwave is now affected by classless damage buffs meaning it now deals a minimum of 150 damage at point blank and 30 at maximum range
    - Now has more dust effects when jumping
  • Heavy Boots now have additional dust effects when landing from a stomp, with more appearing the more damage the stomp would’ve deal
  • Frost Bullets now initially deal 75% damage and the delayed explosion now deals 40% damage (before it was 85%/30%)

Changes
  • The Cursed Spear Shotgun Charge count is now universal instead of per-enemy, meaning the next stab after reaching the charge count will deal extra damage to any enemy.
  • The Crescent Rifle now gains a charge when hitting an enemy with the melee attack instead of with a Rose Bullet, and the charge is universal instead of enemy specific.
    - Once the charge has reached 10 the next Rose Bullet fired will be enhanced, dealing x3 damage and inflicting the Rose Petals Debuff for 10 seconds, and also has no damage falloff.
    - Charge is reset after firing a single charged Rose Bullet
    - At max charge any bullet is converted into the enhanced rose bullet.
  • All weapons with a charged-based attack now have a hit counter in the weapon’s name
    - Affects The Galactic Baseballer, Cursed Spear Shotgun, and The Crescent Rifle

  • The Cursed Spear Shotgun now converts musket balls into Cursed Shotgun Bullets
    - When an enemy is hit by a total of 12 cursed shotgun bullets the next melee stab will deal triple damage and inflict the hellfire debuff for 5 seconds
    - Bullet spread slightly increased
  • The Crescent Rifle now converts musket balls into Rose Bullets
    - Rose bullets have high velocity and pierce twice, very similar to high velocity bullets
    - When an enemy is hit by a total of 5 rose bullets the next melee swing will deal triple damage and inflict the Rose Petals debuff for 10 seconds which deals 50 DPS
    - Melee attack now ignores 15 defence
  • Lizharhd Sawblades now stop moving upon hitting an enemy when in flight
    - Damage increased from 50 to 60
  • Lihzarhd Flameburst damage increased from 55 to 65
    - Projectiles now bounce one extra time
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an exploit where grabbing onto a rope while fast falling with heavy boots would allow you to travel up the rope while still building up damage and also making a potential invincibility machine (when stomping you gain iframes when hitting an enemy)

  • Vortexia shoot speed slightly increased, smaller vortexes have a larger homing radius
    - Projectile now always splits into 5 upon destruction instead of 4-5
    - Now summons a smaller projectile immediately upon firing
  • Lightning Scepter lightning jump range greatly reduced, when the projectile hits a tile it only reflects to a single enemy dealing full damage, and cannot jump again
    - Damage reduced from 80 to 70, usetime increased from 15 to 16

  • The Achievements that previously required the Achievement Mod have now been added to the base mod due to the Achievement Mod being discontinued
    - Locked Achievement sprites updated, they are now silhouettes out instead of greyscale
    - Boss defeated achievement sprites updated
    - Added a new achievement, “What did you think would happen?” Obtained by having a piece of glass armour break when wearing it

  • The Hornet's Sting now drops once any mechanical boss has been defeated instead of all 3.
  • When a piece of glass armour breaks you are inflicted with the bleeding debuff for 5/10 seconds

Changes
  • Glass Weapons and Tools break chance is now affected by luck, with the break chance being either increased by up to 40% or reduced by up to 173% (at -0.4 and +1.73 luck values respectively, the minimum and maximum values).
    - This means the weapons which have a 1 in 32 chance to break can now have a chance anywhere from 1 in 19 to 1 in 87 to break (formula is 1 in (32 x (luck value + 1)))
    - The tools when mining that have a 1 in 64 chance can now have a chance anywhere from 1 in 38 to 1 in 174 to break (formula is 1 in (64 x (luck value + 1)))
    - using luck increasing accessories from this mod can increase luck up to 2.68, which means the weapons can have up to a 1 in 117 chance to break and tools a 1 in 235 chance
    - The Armour will always break in on hit, and so will tools when hitting an enemy.
    - The break in one config is not affected by luck either.
  • The Broken Glass gear is now picked up much more quickly, to prevent it being dropped on the ground if you move too fast (note it always ignored the Encumbering stone)
  • Super Hearts and Spectral Stars pickup speed is increased, and greatly increased when under the effects of the Heartreach Potion or Celestial Magnet respectively.
  • Acid Venom Sludge Cannon renamed to Acidic Sludge Cannon, along with the projectiles and debuff
  • The Mini Drill drop chance from Undead miners lowered from 5/6.25% to 2/3%

  • Added the Glass Sword, crafted from glass
    - Deals 1 less damage than a platinum sword but swings slightly faster
    - Has a 1 in 32 chance to break into a broken Glass Sword upon hitting an enemy, when it breaks it embeds 5-6 glass fragments into the enemy, which inflict the stacking embedded debuff
  • Added the Broken Glass Sword, obtained when the Glass Sword breaks
    - Functions as a pre-1.4 shortsword, and can be combined with glass and gel by hand to recraft the glass sword
  • Added the Glass Bow, crafted from glass
    - Deals 1 less damage than a platinum bow but fires slightly faster
    - Has a 1 in 32 chance to break into a broken Glass Bow each use, when it breaks it launches 5-6 glass fragments in the direction the bow was fired
  • Added the Broken Glass Bow, obtained when the Glass Bow breaks
    - No combat function, but can be combined with glass and gel by hand to recraft the Glass Bow
  • Added the Glass Staff, crafted from glass
    - Fires out a magical orb like the gem staffs, deals the same damage as an Amethyst staff but fires faster than a diamond one with the same projectile velocity
    - Has a 1 in 32 chance to break into a broken Glass Staff each use, when it breaks it launches 5-6 glass fragments in the direction the staff was fired
  • Added the Broken Glass Staff, obtained when the Glass Staff breaks
    - No combat function, but can be combined with glass and gel by hand to recraft the Glass Staff
  • Added the Glass Pickaxe, Axe, and Hammer
    - Mine faster than Platinum tools and all have 60% respective tool power
    - All have a 1 in 64 chance to break into a Broken Glass handle when hitting a tile, tree, or wall respectively, and creates 5-6 glass fragments
    - Hitting an enemy causes it to break immediately and embedded 4-5 glass fragments into said enemy
  • Added the Broken Glass handle, obtained when a Glass tool breaks
    - No combat/utility function, but can be combined with glass and gel by hand to recraft any of the Glass tools
  • Added Glass Armour, crafted from glass
    - Each piece provides +6/8/6% damage respectively for a total of 20% and the set bonus provides +33% movement speed
    - When taking any damage one piece will shatter into many shards that can embed into enemies and inflict the stacking Embedded debuff, shards do not damage the user
    - 7-8 shards for the helmet, 10-11 shards for the leggings, and 13-14 shards for the chestplate
    - The pieces will always break in the order Helmet > Leggings > Chestplate
    - A Broken Armour Shard will be added to your inventory whenever a piece breaks.
  • Added the Broken armour Shard, when a piece of glass armour breaks one is added to your inventory
    - Can be combined with glass and gel by hand to recraft any glass armour piece
  • Added the Embedded Debuff, a stacking debuff inflicted from glass shards created from when a glass item breaks
    - Each stack deals 2DPS and stacks up to 10 times for a total of 20DPS
