Version 1.1.8
- Added ACE3 'Sutures' and 'Painkillers' to the medical crates

- Made airdrop height have a lower cap of 75 (previously 100) and a lower default value of 100 (previously 200)
*This means that the airdrops will land more on target instead of half a click away

- Made it so dropped resupplies of any kind are carry or drag-able for ease of use towards the players.
