Fixed bloons falling off the path in high speed scenarios

Map Changes:

The Hill:
Narrowed size of the nav mesh to reduce the number of bloons that go off of the track. It may still happen if they are fast enough, though.

Tunnels:
You can no longer place towers on the track.
