- Fixed missing "No beard" option for cannibal scavs
- Reordered hairstyles and beards to be consistent with other races in character creation
- Changed hair color spawn rates to be consistent with greenlanders

- Fixed scrawny cannibals spawning without hair
- In order to implement this fix, I had to remove the preset body for scrawny cannibals. This results in them looking considerably less "scrawny" than usual.
