Added about 120 last names taken from G.I.Joe characters file cards to the American archetype. I rearranged the list so that they can easily be removed for people using a G.I Joe theme and who woudn't want random characters to appear with those names (I know I will). Some names were already in a previous update, among the other names, so the G.I.Joe list actually contains about 140 last names.

Added about 60 first and last names. Mostly for the american archetype, which is the one I use most.

I added dozens of requested first and last names, along with many new ones that remembered.

Some names for the Russian archetype were taken from Easports NHL old international hockey fictional rosters (though all are legit), that always liked. Others are from real hockey players. I added many female variations of the same names.
