BALANCE CHANGES/REWORKS

-Reworked Mad Mushroom a little to make the fight more fun and less cheesable

OTHER CHANGES

-Cosmic Dust is now dropped by Cosmic and Big Cosmic Slimes, so it isn't craftable anymore
-Fractured Singularity is now dropped by Cosmic and Big Cosmic Slimes after The Overseers are defeated, so it isn't craftable anymore
-Rainbow Energy now requires 1 Fractured Singularity to craft
-Walter doesn't sell Alchemy Tables anymore, now the Chemist does that
-Walter now sells Extractinator and Black Ink
-Reality Manipulator now needs a Chemestry Station to be crafted, and now works as a Bottle, Alchemy Table and Chemestry Station
