Fixed default config not being loaded on game start, causing a warning in console if no settings have been changed.

Fixed an issue with removed characters not being removed from internal lists properly;

Added option to disable persistent tethering, this option affects flight and teleportation.

Added setting to enable mod for custom characters

Fixed an issue where controlling 3 characters or more would cause the drop key behavior to be ignored, meaning that they could not be separated like normal.
