[6.0] Fix is done, but the equipment menu don't work for this ship. It doesn't hurt atm, because the ship is full equiped. I will fix it asap.

- delete useless files for less diskspace (thanks dtaco again!);
- update md-file;
- update to 'standalone-version'for use without main mod (but its highly recommended for gameplay - a Kyoto Flagg without existing Kyoto seems a bit unlogical)
