I found out that the "Chainlink Fence 16m" is part of the Natural Disasters DLC (thank you Scover), so that is now a requirement. I removed a dirt decal by Ronyx, because I realized that should have also been a required item -- while I don't think it really looked appropriate. I did add a black fence by Avanya as required item. Lastly: gravel is showing in the screenshot, which wasn't there before in the editor. I checked in-game and it doesn't show.
