Parking Lot 3Wx4D Clean

This 3-by-4 tile parking lot does not attract tourists, but does look good, making it a favorite for locals. It fits in nicely when there is modest parking demand, for example next to a service/commercial building, or smaller apartment building.

Features:
- 1 parking spot for disabled citizens, with extra room to get out of the vehicle easily
- 2 parking spots for electric vehicles, which can be charged for free
- 18 regular parking spots
- 1 utility structure for charging cars
- 1 bench that nobody ever sits on, strangely
- A row of speed bumps at the entrance/exit

This parking lot is not expensive to acquire or maintain and accumulates little garbage.


This asset is based on a more basic parking lot by Sam Bur and uses a dirt decal by Ronyx69. The low black fences are by Avanya. As the decal and fence are 'embedded' in this asset, I'm assuming that they are not 'required dependencies'. The rest is vanilla content if I'm not mistaken. I mostly uploaded this to the Workshop just to see how sharing assets works. I hope it does.

UPDATE 5 March 2023: I found out that the "Chainlink Fence 16m" is part of the Natural Disasters DLC (thank you Scover), so that is now a requirement. I removed the dirt decal by Ronyx69, because it didn't look really appropriate. Lastly, I made the black fence by Avanya a required item.
