Revelations compatibility phase 1:
Tainted versions for Glacier/Tomb main, boss, elite miniboss, mirror boss, and special area tracks

-added several new config settings
-new default song for Mortis for tainted characters
-Blue Baby boss music plays during VS portrait for tainted characters

Organize the settings into subcategories

-fix boss over music after Ultra Greedier outro for Repentogon
-add Dystension Alt Version as an option for Tainted characters in Utero
-safeguard against errors in MC_POST_NEW_ROOM when mod save data is not yet loaded
-handle music for Catacombs, Necropolis, and Utero when Stage API is loaded but Repentogon is not

fix treasure/secret jingles when Repentogon is not used (I broke it a couple updates ago)

fix bug caused by assuming StageAPI.GetCurrentStage():GetPlayingMusic() always existed, resulting in passing null to Crossfade()

-add Boiler and Grotto themes for Tainted characters (Excelsior supported for Tarnished characters as well)
-fix several bugs related to legacy jingle replacement code and Custom Stage API

-fix bug where some floors, particularly Catacombs in Greed Mode, wouldn't play music when Custom Stage API is used
-change the way jingles are played for Tainted characters (revertable in settings)
-add unique music for devil waves in Greed Mode (changeable in settings)

fixed some bugs related to Custom Stage API compatibility

-Tarnished soundtrack options, including Excelsior
-Compatibility with the Mega Satan in Greed Mode mod
-new settings for Mega Satan Flagbearer and Boss Alt Flagbearer (Custom mode only)
