Bunch of other XCOM Row additions/removals/movement.

Replaced Perfect Plan with Tactical Movement, it does the same thing as perfect plan used to do. Parkour + Failsafe, did this because perfect plan now includes quick feet.

Make sure to update the Pet Rock Perk Pack

Woops Double Update, Forgot to remove duplicate bring em on in xcom row until I checked comments again. so Fixed that

Added in Grenade Trap at Squaddie, Adjusted main tree to incorporate a bit of support for Grenade Trap.

Moved stuff around in the XCOM Row.

Please let me know if Grenade Trap messes up, when i initially tested it total combat/bombard would reduce the range you could throw it, but with mitzrutis recent update I don't seem to have that problem anymore so decided to finally release the changes.

Tree Adjustments

Adjusted tree to make grenade build feel a bit smoother to play, And buffed stealth build.

Put Tandem Warheads into XCOM row and replaced it with Heat Warheads on the tree.

Added some more things into the XCOM Row

Added Mec Trooper Compatability, Saboteurs can become Mec Support, Mec Sniper, or Mec Heavy

added blend to squaddie, adjusted the middle row a bit more, removed grenade launcher in favour of total combat as he was just outperforming grenadiers.
