Increased the TransmitRange for the civilian and makeshift HAM Radios to 12km.
As this does not effect already existing items you will have to pick up your Ham Radio and convert it again to increase the range.

If you have issues with the new update, make sure to remove and readd the mod to your server as the mod id has changed!

-Now allows civilian walkie talkies to be upgraded with an antenna to increase range and frequency range!
- makes Radio Receiver and Radio Transmitter craftable!
- Changed mod name from "HamToGrid" to "BetterRadioMod" due to added functionality.
