Apprentice Packmasters
- Renamed to "Lash Masters"
- Recruitment Cost reduced from 670 to 620
- Upkeep reduced from 90 to 80
- Entity count reduced from 24 to 12
- Health decreased from 5260 to 4800
- Charge Bonus increased from 18 to 19
- Melee Attack increased from 24 to 27
- Melee Defense increased from 36 to 40
- Base Weapon Strength increased from 60 to 65
- Armour-Piercing Strength increased from 13 to 20
- Whip-Happy no longer gives a Charge Bonus buff
- Whip-Happy now gives a +10 Melee Attack buff
- Whip-Happy Leadership buff increased from 5 to 7
- Whip-Happy effect range increased from 30m to 40m
- Whip-Happy is no longer a passive and now a targettable ability with an active time of 24 seconds, and a recharge time of 60 seconds
- Removed Encourage passive
- Ai Usage Group changed from melee to melee_highvalue

According to official screenshots, Packmasters had an entity count of 10 so I decided to give them an entity count of 12 and rebalance them with that in mind. Additionally, they've been renamed because Packmasters-in-training are referred to as "Lash Masters" in Skaven lore and use whips exclusively. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about the fact their models use Thing-Catchers.

  • The Practiced Goaders technology which originally provided +3 Recruit Rank for the Apprentice Packmasters is now +2 Recruit Rank and also grants a +6 Bonus vs Large for them
  • Now additionally buffed by the Respected and Feared lord skill
  • No longer buffed by the Mutagenic Elixers lord skill
  • No longer buffed from the Pack Leader lord skill
  • Updated the localization so the game now tells you what technologies and skill lines affect the Apprentice Packmaster units

Apprentice Packmasters
  • Now recruited from the Breeding Stock again
  • Recruitment cost decreased from 680 to 670
  • Upkeep decreased from 95 to 90
  • Leadership decreased from 51 to 44
  • Armor increased from 32 to 34
  • Melee Defense decreased from 42 to 36
  • Melee Attack decreased from 27 to 24
  • Charge Bonus decreased from 22 to 18
  • Weapon Strength increased from 45 to 60
  • Armor-Piercing damage decreased from 15 to 13
  • Bonus vs Large decreased from 24 to 12

Back when I first made this, I was relatively new to modding so I've taken another shot at rebalancing them (hopefully more properly this time) because they were too overpowered originally.
