Minor fixes, removed hole 9 temporarily until I create a new one!

-Hole 5 Complete Overhaul (New hole, moving parts)
-Various hole changes, improvements, and issues fixed
-Holes are much more variable now (more moving objects, teleporters etc)

Redo Hole 9 (my next project)
Also, ramps on hole 5 are glitched. Will fix in next update, please putt around them! :)

Big Update! V 1.5
-Many Hole Improvements, Modifications, and Additions like moving parts!
-More Foliage, cleaned up various hole mechanisms and components
-Removed intro which was causing a bug for some players

For Future:
-Add more holes
-Expand on Hole 9
