Version 2: Ignorance Update and Pilot Release

- Updated Ignorance massively with all new code and look with help from Syyrion. The original version of Ignorance remains with slight changes to make it start faster.
- Added dependencies for lib_extbase and lib_sliders.
- New level 'Pilot' by Jack5 with music 'Ganymede' by Sevish.
- Fixed bug where obsolete player trail was visible if not disabled.

Please note that this version is being released in the middle of a major code rewrite, and is not ready for community contributions. Create your own levels at your own risk.
