Hoist the Sails update:
-2 new weapons means two new ships, Flak and Twin coilgun.

-railgun is still the worst version of this ship so i just leaned into it and made it worse.

Changes made only to Railgun variant.

Bow health greatly increased.
Surrounding hull also got more health with the bonus health tappering off as it moves toward the back.
Color change to reflect this.
More Iron and Steel in the fabricator, less Phosforus and Sodium.

- Removed portable pump from mechanics locker. Cant place with out the talent.

Reworked diving suits in each of the subs. Stronger the guns, stronger the suits.

Updated the campaign version to include the fixes the PvP version all got

-Rewired some of the sub. Battery has been removed in favor of a junction box, less problems more power.
-Suit Lockers + tanks shelves have power
-Ladder is slightly longer to avoid issues while docking
-Fix null space in the ship caused by poorly placed Hulls
-More Gene splicers in the toxin cabinet, why not.

Removed stairs and replaced them with ladder + platforms. Visual overhaul. Railgun version is slightly less janky
