readded the temple and tavern

Added Euxoxio's version of the Mage of the Mirror 2023 questbook because it is a higher resolution then the one I had previous.

With his version you can use the magnifying glass on the artifacts at the back of the booklet and make out what what is there. The previous version I had you couldn't because the detail wasn't high enough.

Added the Mage of the Mirror 2023 cards that Eudoxio added.

Monster Cards
Elf cards
Equipment Cards

Mr. Stump's counting bowl has been added.

The counting bowl has been give values for the Copper Coin, Silver Shilling, and the Gold Crown.

In order for the counting bowl to work the colour codes for the titles of the "Copper Coin", "Silver Shilling", and the "Gold Crown" had to be removed.
