Move the icon to the right of the bombs and coins in the hud (avoid normal mode layout error). Reduce opacity to 50%. Hide the icon when the HUD is not visible. Support Jacob & Esau HUD layout. Performance improvements by removing debug code.

Changed to display an icon instead of a text message. Disabled the warning in challenges and greed mode. The icon will appear in a layer behind a "no trophy" icon when playing in hard mode with achievements disabled.
