Improved the way the gamemode works.

All settings are stored in a single file.
An improved restriction system has been put in place.
You can now have an unlimited amount of weapon slots.

Big update!
Many new features and stability improvements!

Many new commands!
The game now has three states:
Warmup
Gives limited time to builders to build whatever they want
Killers won't die from boredom, as they can still kill each
other in deathmatch mode
Match
All the killers automatically respawn, and the builders can't
do much now, except pressing buttons and moving props with the
Use key.

Post-Match
You'll have a small amount of time to check your scores, before
going back to Warmup mode.

There are now a lot of new Server ConVars and Console Commands!
Reworked the armor system! It is now fully customizable.
The scoreboard now shows every player's team and sorts them by their
actual in-game score!
Finally, the weapons.txt file doesn't exist anymore! Everything is
controlled in-game with console commands!
Added a new sound-system.
When you connect, you now spawn in Spectator mode. This may be
reworked in the near future.
Improved the Freeze Cam behavior.
Reworked the way spawnpoints work.
Reworked the Weapon Chooser.
