QoL improvements.

Improved compatibility with CW2.
Weapon Chooser now saves the preferred weapons after disconnects.
You can now press TAB+E to open the backup menu.
Changed the way you block entities, weapons and stuff.
Spawnpoint ghosts are now visible over all kind of entites.
