Moved Adaptive AIM from Proficiency 2 to the Spark Rifle itself- gives the Infiltrator it's own niche of not getting the -15 aim on repeated shots and gives Overdrive serial a greater chance to miss and finish earlier.

v 2.0: Major Update:
Proficiency: Sparks now requires :: SPARK Custom Class Support WOTC :: as this fixes the Wounded SPARK Bug present in the vanilla version.
If making this change mid-campaign, :: Remove Missing Mods for WotC :: can be used to remove the 'Missing DLC/Mod' alert on loading saves.

Big thank you to Christopher.Odd, Doctor Onion and all the others who reported the bug, and Iridar, RustyDios and the other modders who made the effort to diagnose and fix the problem. Thank you to Xymanek for help with the popup alert.

v1.7 Update:
Removed Spark's unintended +15 native defense and changed to -5 - this is to make them a more obvious target, and plays into their natural tankiness and improved repair times of the Expanded Repair Facility mod (added in a recent update).

To mitigate the effect of the Inventory bug for wounded Proficiency Sparks, repair times have been improved even further, to approx 25% faster than the new times set by Expanded Repair Facility - If/When this bug is fixed, this will be removed.
