Fixed a couple small errors in the code that may have been causing issues. There was a small mistake in the faction def that may have been causing them to try to replace the vanilla pirate faction, and the bit in the race code that makes the space helment race-restricted was in the wrong place within the file.

If you aren't playing with SOS, the helmet is still going to cause issues though.
