Added Arrows and Markers to on the last large ramp before the finish line to help players who may not realize it's meant to be jumped.

Removed helicopter at the end of race for some reason it ended the race once inside. Replaced it with a Hunter GMG.

Players can now respawn to the starting line if they fall off the map. Removed Karts that would sometimes not start up.
