Fixed:
- Downstairs ragdoll didn't have arm attached
- vehicles had eldritch horns
- vehicles couldn't be driven (had to fight against the AI)
- When destroying the front of any emergency vehicle, you can activate the horn by pressing H anywhere on the map

- new vehicle horns
- house integrity

we accidentally removed medical so we have to revert to get the medical things

Fixed:
