Adjust the egg hatch speed timer.

Increased the First person view Height above the Argie\'s head.

Fixed Argie\'s hitbox\'s/collision.
Allowed riders to use weapons on the Argies

Fixed the sound and animation issues as best as I could.

Re-created the Physics Asset due to an error in importing it to the Atlas devkit.
